Found a security vulnerability? Please use the security report form instead — it asks the questions needed to reproduce an issue, and it is read as a disclosure rather than as general correspondence.

You can also write directly to hello@poftim.app. There is no support desk, and the free transfer page has no account behind it. A transfer that has already finished cannot be recovered or re-sent from our side: nothing about it is kept. If a transfer failed, the questions people ask first covers most of the reasons.
